In addition to above project management the role is responsible for taking a holistic approach to Human Resources by being accountable for the success of three key areas of responsibility; overseeing the HR Generalist function including staff, the Compensation, Benefits and Pension portfolio and the Hospital wide Wellness program. The role is responsible for facilitating relationship building while developing innovative approaches to organization effectiveness, change resiliency and process redesign. This role manages a team of 7 HR Professionals in all areas listed above.Provide HR partnership, direction, coaching and support to designated client group including the IT, Customer and Marketing Call Center, Finance and Operations consisting of approximately 500 Shoppers Drug Mart Corporate employees nationally. Provide specialized HR expertise in functional areas including compensation, performance management, employee relations and targeted recruitment and selection.
